Navigo Yolcu Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Navigo Yolcu mobile app. Use this URL in Play Console / App Store Connect. The site cookie policy (/en/legal/privacy) is separate.

1. Information we collect

• Phone number and SMS OTP for authentication.
• KVKK and privacy consent timestamps.
• Optional device location for nearby stop/route hints.
• City and route you choose in the app.

Face / fingerprint data is not sent to our servers.

2. Use

We use data to sign you in, list routes in served cities, show stops and ETA, display operator notices, and meet legal duties. This build does not include ad networks or third-party analytics SDKs.

3. Sharing

SMS vendor (OTP), hosting, and legal requests only. Your phone number is not automatically shared with the transit operator.

4. Children

We do not knowingly process data of children under 16.

5. Changes

When the policy version changes, the app asks for consent again.
