Cookie Policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar local storage used on navigo.com.tr and the app.navigo.com.tr web panel operated by Selman EROL – Mest Yazılım ve Bilişim Teknolojileri.

1. Website (navigo.com.tr)

• NEXT_LOCALE (necessary): remembers your language (Turkish/English); kept until the session ends or for up to 1 year.

The website uses no advertising, analytics, social media or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own server. The Google map on the contact page loads only after you click “Show map”; Google LLC may then set its own cookies and receive your IP address.

2. Web panel and mobile app

• Session (necessary): keeps you signed in; removed when you sign out.
• Preferences (necessary / functional): theme, language, map type, table and filter choices are kept in your browser’s local storage and are not sent to us.

Maps load from Google, OpenStreetMap, CARTO, FOSSGIS and OpenFreeMap servers, which receive your IP address and the visible map area. See the transfers section of the Personal Data Notice.

3. Managing cookies

Necessary cookies are required for the service and are used under KVKK 5/2-c and 5/2-f. You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser; language choice and sign-in may then stop working.
