Hosting provider notice (Law No. 5651)
Selman EROL – Mest Yazılım ve Bilişim Teknolojileri is the hosting provider for content created by our users on navigo.com.tr, the app.navigo.com.tr panel and the mobile apps (vehicle names, place and stop names, notes, uploaded images, share links). We are not obliged to review user content in advance; once notified of unlawful content we remove it as required by law.
Reporting unlawful content or rights infringement
If you find content that infringes personality rights, privacy, personal data or intellectual property, e-mail info@navigo.com.tr with the subject “Content report” or write to the address above. Please include:
- Your name (or company name) and contact details,
- The address (URL) or screen where the content appears and a description,
- Why it is unlawful; for copyright reports, proof that you hold the rights,
- A letter of authority if you act for someone else.
Reports are answered within 24 hours. Clearly unlawful content is removed. For copyright notices under Additional Article 4 of Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, infringing content is removed within 3 days. Court and authority decisions are applied immediately.
Traffic data
Under Law No. 5651, traffic data for the service (IP address, time and type of action) is kept for 1 year and shared only on request of competent authorities.
